Valeria's poster wins second place at QDDW!

Congratulations to Valeria for taking home second place for her poster presentation at the 2026 Quantum Device Design Workshop (QDDW) at UCLA! The four-day hands-on workshop trains students in designing and simulating superconducting qubits. Valeria presented her undergraduate research on simulating CNOT gates in multi-fluxonium chains, where she showed how spectator qubits affected gate performance and proposed frequency configurations to maintain high fidelity in longer fluxonium arrays.
